WHo's Eligible?
Companies
To qualify for retrainSC, your company must meet each of the following factors:
- operate a facility located in South Carolina
- cover at least 50% of healthcare premiums for full-time employees
- provide training to full-time production or technology first-line employees or immediate supervisors, continuously on company payroll for at least one year
- Belong to an eligible industry –
- Manufacturing
- Processing
- Warehousing/Distribution
- Technology Intensive

Employees
- Full-time employees, not temporary or contract employees
- Production, technology, or warehousing/ distribution first-line employees or immediate supervisors
- Continuously on company payroll for at least one year
